After a Tuesday rain that transitioned to freezing rain and snow, road conditions Wednesday morning are slick. Thursday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 1. Wind chill values between -4 and -9. Northwest wind 5 to 9 mph becoming light and variable.

Friday: Increasing clouds, with a high near 30. South wind 6 to 13 mph becoming west northwest in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 21 mph.

Friday Night: A slight chance of snow after midnight. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 9. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

Saturday: Partly sunny, with a high near 27.
