CLINTON COUNTY — One person was injured in an accident just after 8a.m. Tuesday in Clinton County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2007 Ford passenger vehicle driven by Ethel R. Smith, 66, Cameron, was westbound on Route H two miles west of Turney. The vehicle hydroplaned, traveled off the left side of the road, struck a fence and power pole.

Tri-County ambulance transported Smith to Liberty Hospital. She was properly restrained at the time of the accident, according to the MSHP.
