“Sesame Street’s” Cookie Monster has joined the “Call Me Maybe” parody bandwagon. The video of the blue monster singing “Share It Maybe” hit the web on Tuesday after Sesame Street released the video on their Twitter account. Cookie Monster’s verison of Carly Rae Jepsen’s popular tune has him traveling around a work office desperately trying to get his furry hands on a bowl of cookies.

Celebrity fans like Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez and James Franco have all uploaded YouTube videos of themselves lip-synching along to the track. The trend of uploading covers of Jepsen’s song has even caught the eye of those at the 2012 Teen Choice Awards. Fans are encouraged to send in their own parody of the song. Videos will play during Jepsen’s live performance. Fans must submit their original parody on YouTube and register at TeenChoiceAwards.com. The awards show airs July 22nd on FOX at 8:00 pm Eastern.
