Topeka Road Worker Killed By Car


A construction worker in Topeka was killed after being hit by a car along I-470 Sunday morning.

The Kansas Highway Patrol says Curtis Harlan, 22, of Arma, Kansas was working for KNAPP Construction.

He was hit by a Saturn S-series underneath the 25th Street bridge shortly after six am Sunday.

Three people in the Saturn suffered possible injuries, but were not transported to the hospital.
