“Bucket List Bandit” Indicted

A man dubbed the Bucket List Bandit because he told a bank teller he had only months to live has been indicted by a U.S. grand jury for the last of 10 bank robberies he’s suspected of committing.

A federal grand jury has indicted 54-year-old Michael Eugene Brewster for the Sept. 10 robbery of the Huntingdon National Bank branch in Erie, Pennsylvania.

The FBI says Brewster is suspected of nine more robberies in eight other states including Missouri since June 21.

The Justice Department has not yet charged Brewster for the other robberies.
