A Saint Joseph woman has been charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of her four year old daughter. Alexandria Schurr is accused of leaving Amber Mosier, who was bedridden with celebral palsey, on a feeding machine unchecked from 9 in the morning until late in the afternoon, when she was found lifeless. An autopsy report indicated the child died from an airway obstruction caused by feeding material.

Schurr is being held in the Buchanan County Jail on $50,000 bail.
