Clinton “Sam” Justice

1955-2012

Clinton Andrew Justice “Sam”, a proud Veteran of the US Navy, 57, St. Joseph, Missouri died Saturday, December 8, 2012 at his residence. He was born December 4, 1955 to Elmer and Lovella (Markham) Justice. Mr. Justice married Tammy (Benner) Justice. Sam was an avid Chiefs fan, enjoyed mushroom hunting, fishing, loved his grandchildren, and enjoyed playing “Rock Band” with his children. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Madonna Hall; and step-brother, Dwayne Reynolds. Survivors: wife, Tammy; sons, Chad Justice (Christina), and Andrew Justice; daughters, Rachel Gross (Steve Williams), Alisha Justice, and Ryan Justice (Thomas Harms); brother, Kenneth Justice; sisters, Darla Shryock (Ralph) and Sandra Mudd (Carson); step-sister, Marina Morris; twelve grandchildren, Sami Jo, Jordan, Beau, Boogie, Addison, Aubriel, Kyler, Kodi, Emmaleigh, Bailey, Garrett, and Madison; and numerous nieces and nephews. Jason L. Cox

1976-2012

Jason L. Cox, 36, Amazonia, Missouri died Monday, December 10, 2012 at Heartland Regional Medical Center. Jason was born February 7, 1976 to Charles and Joyce (Scroggins) Cox. Mr. Cox was a member of Laborers Local 663. Jason loved boating on the Missouri River, hunting, and watching football. He was all about his family and friends and will greatly be missed. He was preceded in death by his father; brother-in-law, JR Benner; uncle, Kenny Scroggins; and maternal grandparents, Lawrence and Eva Scroggins. Survivors: mother; daughter, JasLynn Cox; sister, Deana Benner; brothers, Michael Embrey and Ron Embrey (Melody); sisters, Becky Cox (Dave) and Jeannie Graham (John); brothers, Greg Cox (Lori) and Randy Cox (Alisa); girlfriend, Paula Day; uncle, Lawrence Scroggins, Jr. (Sharon); aunt, Nancy Scroggins; uncle, Lloyd Cox (Lillie); and numerous nieces and nephews. John S. Adams, Jr.

1936-2012

John S. Adams, Jr., 76, St. Joseph, Missouri died Sunday, December 9, 2012 at a local healthcare facility. He was born May 5, 1936 to John and Margaret Adams in Goodland, Missouri. John married Jean Adams on October 13, 1963. She preceded him in death on November 25, 2012. He was in the United States Navy and worked for the State of Missouri as a Conservation Agent. Mr. Adams loved antiquing and trading. He was also an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed camping, hunting, and canoeing. He was preceded in death by his parents; and wife. Survivors: sons, John Adams and James Adams (Beth); daughter, Anne DeRoin (Chad); three grandchildren, Kyle Adams, Sydney DeRoin, and Riley DeRoin; and sister, Martha Novak. Services: 10:00 A.M.
