St Joseph school kids will honor the memories of the victims of last weeks shootings at a Connecticut elementary school.

Coleman Elementary School, 3313 Beck Road, hosts a candlelight vigil Tuesday evening at 7pm.

School officials call it a show of compassion and support for the children and adults who lost their lives in last Friday’s shooting.

The event will be held on the East Playground; participants are encouraged to bring a candle.
