Phase II of the emergency snow ordinance has been cancelled effective 09:10am on 12-21-12.

Crews from the St Joseph Streets Department spent the second night in a row clearing and treating roadways.  By Friday morning the city’s 10 Emergency Roads passed muster, and they put out the word that parking restrictions under Phase Two have been lifted.

Work continues on secondary and district routes.
