A 20-year-old St Joseph man has been charged with robbery and armed criminal action in connection with a shooting January 18 at 415 Woodson.

Captain Matt Rock of the St Joseph Police Department says they developed information linking Sylvester Pickett to the shooting, which seriously injured 19-year-old Cody G Johnson.

Captain Rock says Pickett is in custody in Platte County on unrelated charges. His bond in the St Joe case was set at $75,000.
