If you’re looking for an unusual gift for Valentine’s Day, consider shopping at the Shatto Milk Company in Osborn.

The company is celebrating its tenth anniversary later this year with the release of five special edition milk flavors. The company will present each flavor in a unique, half-liter bottle featuring a fun word or story associated with the flavor.

The first limited release product will hit grocery store shelves later this week. In recognition of Valentine’s Day, Shatto Chocolate Cherry Milk will be bottled in its own exclusive “SMOOCH” bottle.

As with previous runs of special flavors and bottle designs, just 2,000 “SMOOCH” bottles were created. Fans of the limited edition flavor will need to act quickly as the Chocolate Cherry Milk in these limited edition bottles are only available as long as supplies last! New flavors introduced throughout the tenth anniversary year will each have its own unique bottle.

While Shatto Milk Company’s tenth anniversary is not officially until June, 2013, the local family dairy farm has decided to celebrate throughout the entire year.

“It does not seem like it has been ten years since we started Shatto Milk Company”, says Barbara Shatto. “The past ten years have provided a lot of learning opportunities, but most importantly it has provided us the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people.”

To commemorate the actual anniversary, the company is planning another Family Day at the Farm event in late June. And plan to announce other special events throughout the year.
