A 19-year-old woman from Milan, Missouri was hospitalized Thursday morning after her vehicle left the roadway and hit a tree a mile west of Galt along Route-6.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says Arianna Diaz suffered serious injuries.

According to a crash report, her Chevy Cobalt left the highway shortly after ten a.m., rotated counter-clockwise and then hit a fence and a tree.

Diaz was taken transported to Wright Memorial Hospital in serious condition.
