Tuesday is “Backpack Buddies” day at the Texas Roadhouse from 4pm until 10 pm.

By presenting an invitation or mentioning “Backpack Buddies” at the door Tuesday the restaurant will donate 10%  of your total food purchase to the program at Second Harvest Community Food Bank.

Backpack Buddies is the supplemental weekend feeding program of Second Harvest. Children are provided with a healthy breakfast, a healthy lunch and a healthy snack each weekend during the school year, including extended breaks. Children will receive food based on four rotating menus that are offered throughout the year.

Texas Roadhouse is located at the East Hills Mall, at 925 North Belt Highway.
