A 16-year-old is recovering after being shot during a flash mob in St. Louis.

Groups of young people from across the St. Louis area decided to meet around 10 p.m. Saturday on Laclede’s Landing.

At the gathering, one person pulled a gun and fired several shots.

One of the bullets struck the teenager in the ankle. He is expected to recover but also faces charges — he was found with marijuana when he was taken to the hospital.
