The Buchanan County Sheriff’s Department and the St. Joseph Police Department would like your help in locating John Wayne Rothwell.

Rothwell is a 44 year old w/m. He is 6′ and 220 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Rothwell is wanted for issuing checks on a closed/bogus account. He currently has warrants from several counties both in Missouri and Kansas, and is still issuing checks from the account.
