Murder charges were filed Friday against a 27-year-old Kansas man in connection with three bodies found on a Franklin County farm and the missing toddler who is believed to have been killed.
The Franklin County Attorney’s Office has filed eight felony charges against Kyle T. Flack, including capital murder, first-degree murder, rape and criminal possession of a firearm.
Franklin County Attorney Steve Hunting said he believes Lana-Leigh Bailey is dead, and has charged Flack with murdering her.
A judge set bond at $10 million during a first court appearance Friday.
Hunting has not decided whether to seek the death penalty. Officials continued their search for the 18-month-old girl at the farm where the body of her mother and two men were found earlier this week.
