A 32-year-old St Joseph man has pleaded guilty to statutory sodomy.

John Howery is scheduled for sentencing July 9th at 3pm before Buchanan County Circuit Judge Daniel Kellogg.

St Joseph police say Howery gave marijuana and alcohol to the girl, and other minors.

Statutory sodomy is a class-C felony.
