Francis M. Moore, 85, Maryville, Missouri died on Sunday, July 7, 2013, at Heartland Regional Medical Center in Saint Joseph, Missouri.

Francis was born June 14, 1928 in Andrew County, Missouri, the son of the late Walter Francis and Rubie Anna (Brewer) Moore.

He was a graduate of Guilford High School, Guilford, Missouri. After graduation Francis served his country in the United States Navy.

December 17, 1947 he was united in marriage to Carmen E. Smith, in Maryville.

Surviving are his wife of 65 years, Carmen, one daughter, Dianne Skinner, two sons, Danny Moore and Donald Moore, sisters, Beulah Mae Swinford and Dollie Egger, six grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and one great great grandson.

Francis’s wishes were to be cremated with a memorial graveside service held at 10:30 AM, Friday, July 12, 2013 at High Prairie Cemetery, Elmo, Missouri.
