Richard D. Peden, 54, St. Joseph, Missouri died Friday, July 12, 2013 at a local healthcare facility.
He was born December 6, 1958 to Ronald and Agnes Peden in St. Joseph, Missouri.
He was a 1977 graduate of Benton High School and worked for the St, Joseph News Press in the Press Room for twenty-years and later worked for Sara Lee.
Richard enjoyed motorcycling and NASCAR.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Survivors: mother, Agnes Peden; son, Richard Ziolkoski; daughter, Mykala Robertson (Paul); two brothers, Ronald Peden (Rita), and Lynn Peden (Linda); grandchildren, Jaycee, P.J., Lincoln and Jessie; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services: 10:00 A.M. Monday, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory. Interment Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends 4:00 to 6:00 P.M. Sunday, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory.
