One man was stabbed early Monday morning in an altercation near the Oak Ridge apartments in Saint Joseph. A police officer at the housing complex was approached by the victim shortly after one am. He said he had been stabbed at another location a few blocks away. He was taken to Heartland with injuries that were not considered life-threatening.

Officers found the crime scene and made one arrest. The incident is still under investigation. Anyone with information is asked to call the Detectives Division or the Communication Center at 271-4777.
