Two people from St Joe were hurt in a crash Monday morning at US-36 and highway 33 in Dekalb County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says Jesse Farnsworth, 20, lost control of his Oldsmobile at 11:10 am.

The vehicle skidded across the center line and off the side of the roadway. It hit an embankment and overturned.

Farnsworth and Sierra Wooten, 17, were taken by ambulance to Heartland with moderate injuries.  Hospital officials say both patients were reported stable and discharged Monday.
