Joann Frances McCloud 78, of Gower, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, August 7, 2013. She was born October 23, 1934 in Kansas City, MO, daughter of Cecilia and Len Bishop. Joann was preceded in death by her parents, 2 daughters, Vickie Flores, and Paula McCloud, a son, Maynard Taylor, a brother, a sister, Survivors include husband, Donal McCloud, 4 daughters, 1 son, 11 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, 2 brothers. Graveside funeral services and interment will be conducted on Monday, August 12, 2013 at 11:00 am, at the Platte City Cemetery, The family will receive friends from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM on Monday at the Rupp Funeral Home.
