Marlene J. Wilson, 72, St. Joseph, Missouri died Sunday, August 11, 2013 at her home.

She was born June 30, 1941 to Virgil and Bonnie (Hayes) Johnson in Hamburg, Iowa.

She married Lloyd Wilson on August 1, 1980. He survives of the home.

Marlene was a member at Wesley United Methodist Church and worked at McDonalds as a manager and helped open the North Belt location, before becoming a homemaker.

She enjoyed gardening, fishing, quilting, mushroom hunting, and was a seamstress.

She was preceded in death by her father; and sister, Sue Fenley.

Additional Survivors: husband; mother; children, Dana Matt (Pete), Donna Bruns (Jeff), Darcy Adams (Steve), Pam Million (Mike), and Susan Voss (Hank); grandchildren, Josh Glidewell, Janelle Glidewell, Bethany Barton, Megan Barton, Amanda Adams, Brad Million, Mike Million, Blair Million, John Voss, and Adrian Johnson; seven great-grandchildren; brother, Maurice Johnson (Karen); sister, Jerre Robertson (Mike); and several nieces and nephews.

Services: 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory. Interment Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory, where friends may call after 5:00 P.M. Tuesday.
