Georgia Institute of Technology freshmen were greeted with a high-energy convocation speech by sophomore Nicholas Selby.

Yelling the expression “you’re At Georgia Tech, you can do that”. throughout, Selby broke with tradition.

He co-leads Georgia Tech’s team that built and raced a solar-powered car in the Formula Sun Grand Prix and is a president’s scholar, representing the top 2% of enrolled students at the university.
