James Stanley Garris 66, of passed away Monday September 23, 2013. He was born April 13, 1947 in Hood River, Oregon. Preceding him in death are his parents, a son Jimmy, and 3 sisters. Survivors: wife, Carrie Garris, son, Kevin Garris, 2 daughters, Rhonda and Rebecca Garris, 4 grandchildren, a brother, Jack. He will be cremated under the direction of the Rupp Funeral Home.
