Lorraine Lillian Zembles 91, of St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Friday, September 27, 2013 in a Saint Joseph, MO health care center. She was born August 31, 1922 in St. Joseph, MO, daughter of Frances and William Tindle. She married Joseph Zembles on November 11, 1944 in Clameth Falls, OR, they precede her in death. She worked at Lake Contrary & John Glen schools as a cook, she also worked at the H.D. Lee & company. Lorraine was a wonderful mother and grandmother, who enjoyed spending time with her family and her church family she also enjoyed bowling, and was a member of Kirschner Community Church.
Survivors include, two daughters, Martha Ford and husband Kirby and Roxy Jo White and husband Steve of Saint Joseph, MO, and a son, Jerry Zembles of Mound City, MO, five grandchildren: Angel Thompson, Josh White, Megan Collins, Natalee Fansher, and Laura Baron, and six, great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 am, on Monday, September 30, 2013 at Rupp Funeral Home, with Clyde Weeks officiating, The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Sunday at the Rupp Funeral Home.
