The October City Talk meeting will be held Monday, October 21, at St. Peter Lutheran, located at 3524 St. Joseph Avenue. This is a 90-minute open forum for questions to the mayor and council and begins at 7pm. Refreshments will be provided at 6:30pm, allowing for residents to visit with council members.
