He was born October 19, 2013 to Shawn “LB” and Megan Lewis in St. Joseph, Missouri.
Additional Survivors: sisters, Jade Stanford, Aurora and Jazmin Lewis; maternal grandparents, Cindy and Phillip Axtell; and paternal grandmother, Judy Barnes.
