Patricia J. Dulcan 72, of Saint Joseph, Missouri, passed away Sunday, October 20, 2013 at her home in Saint Joseph, MO. She was born June 25, 1941 in St. Joseph, MO, daughter of Ruby and Ross Quigley. She graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with a Bachelors Degree. Pat taught English Literature at Benton high school for 30 years and was a substitute teacher at Elwood School for 10 years. She was a member of PEO Chapter HC, ADK and Red Hats. Pat was a Baptist. Pat was preceded in death by her parents, Ross & Ruby C. Quigley. Survivors include, husband, Michael G. Dulcan of the home, daughter, Kathleen M. (Donald) George of St. Joseph, MO, son, Michael R. Dulcan of St. Joseph, MO, brother, Mike (Sarah) Quigley of Sun City West, AZ, two nieces, Christine Quigley of Mt. Dora, FL and Melissa Heilweil of Redmond, WA, sister-in-law, Nancy (Frank) Phillips and two brother-in-laws, Thomas (Wanda) Dulcan and Denis (Una) Dulcan, all of St. Joseph, MO.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 am, on Thursday, October 24, 2013 at Rupp Funeral Home, with Father Evan Harkins officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday at the Rupp Funeral Home. The Interment will be at the Mount Olivet Cemetery .
