AFL-CIO Community Services was forced to postpone the Monday start of its Adopt-A-Family Christmas Program because a water main break left its building without water.  The program was to have started Monday at 1 pm.

Instead, the program will start Tuesday, November 5, at 1 pm, if water service is restored by then.
