Early that morning, police say a man stole a dump trailer from a Chillicothe business.
It is described as a black 2012 Doolittle 14’ hydraulic dump trailer with a spare tire mounted on the right front, a pintle hitch, and a tool box in the bed.
Missouri registration of 46D9XC was on the trailer at the time of theft.
