Area realtors sold 105 homes in October in our area, bringing year-to-date home sales to 1,080, up 16.25% over the same period last year.

The St Joseph Regional Association of Realtors reports October sales worth more than $12 million in the group’s nine-county area.

That figure is up more than 50% from October of 2012.

Year-to-date, home sales in our area totaled nearly $124 million, up nearly 20% from the same period a year ago.
