The Saint Joseph School District wants your help naming the two new schools now being built. The school at Cook and Bishop and the building at Carden Park are both set to open next fall.

You have three options for suggesting names. Fill out an online form here, visit the district website here, or call Brian Shindorf at 671.4000. Suggestions should include names and reasons for them.

Board policy lays out guidelines for school names. They should be the names of Presidents, statesmen, heroes, educators, community or civic leaders, or geographic regions or locations.

Suggestions will be accepted through December 20. Then a board-appointed committee will narrow the suggestions down to five, and the board will make the final decision.
