Livingston County Sheriff Steve Cox announced the conclusion of an investigation into the alleged attempted enticement, rape and sodomy  of a child under 15-years old.

A 33-year-old man is being held under $25,000 bond pending a court appearance next week.

Michael Curtis of Chillicothe is charged with enticement of a child.

Curtis was arrested December 16.  Sheriff Cox says additional charges may be pending.

A hearing is scheduled January 8 during which Curtis is expected to either schedule or waive his preliminary hearing.
