Within about six minutes of a KCK bank robbery officials arrested a suspect on a city bus Thursday morning.

Police say no one was hurt in the robbery at 9:15am at the Security Bank of Kansas City branch on Parallel Parkway.

Witnesses saw the man running from the area and boarding a bus. At 9:21am police arrested a suspect who was carrying a “large amount of cash.”
