3. A Bill (#1447-10) accepting a Permanent Sewer Easement from Tucker’s Bowl, Inc. for the sanitary sewer main extension to serve Lots 1, 2 and 3 in the Tucker Bowl Subdivision located on the west side of North Belt Highway just south of Faraon Street.

A Bill (#1418-10) amending Section 6-41 entitled “Airport t-hanger rental contract, form” of the Code of Ordinances to modify the method of adjusting hangar lease rental rates for all hangars; to allow the inclusion of various terms in the Hangar Lease Agreement, provided the form of the agreement has been approved by the City Council; and to clarify that other agreements may be negotiated.
