Phase Two of the Emergency Snow Ordinance in St Joseph was put into effect at 5am Saturday.

Overnight snowfall will have crews from the Streets Department out early.

Officials warned that vehicles on Emergency Snow Routes in St Joseph would be towed if not removed by 7am.
