Rep. Sam Graves is monitoring the problems with propane this winter. He wrote on Facebook:

Like many of you, I’m concerned about the recent spike in the cost of propane. That’s why I have joined some of my Missouri delegation colleagues to make sure an increased supply of propane gets to North Missouri by asking the Federal Highway Administration to temporarily relax truck weight regulations so truckers can get more propane to states like Missouri quicker. My staff and I will continue to monitor this situation.
