A second person has been charged with felony tampering after six cars were stolen over about two hours Tuesday morning. Michael Mitchell is being held under $10,000 bond. Shandra Kuehner was also charged in the case and is being held under $15,000 bond.

A third suspect was arrested, but has not been charged.

Captain Jeff Miller said the vehicles’ owners left them running unattended.

Formal court arraignment is scheduled Friday for the two suspects charged in the case.
