High winds are blamed for a crash on I-435 at the Missouri River Bridge Tuesday afternoon.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the wind pushed a large truck into a Buick driven by a Lawrence woman.

Theresa and Meliton Gauna of Lawrence suffered minor injuries. The driver of the truck and a three-year-old child in the car were not hurt.
