5:32am The Harrison County Sheriff’s Office has cancelled an Endangered Person Advisory. A baby was taken without permission by the non-custodial mother. The incident occurred in Bethany, Missouri at 11:30 a.m. on February 19, 2014.

Early Thursday morning, the Sheriff’s office said the mother had voluntary turned over the child.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, the non-custodial mother took the child from the custodial grandmother without permission. Authorities at the time believed the mother might have been under the influence of illegal substances.
