A woman was injured in a Friday crash in Clinton County when her car hit a tree.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports a 2004 Chevy Tahoe driven by Kali A. Shaffer, 25, of Lathrop was eastbound on 248th Road. 2 miles east of Lathrop, and traveled off the south side of the road, returned to the road and then traveled off the north side of the road. The vehicle then traveled across a pasture and struck a large cottonwood tree. Shaffer was transported to the hospital in Liberty.
The MSHP said she was not wearing a seat belt.
