Livingston County Sheriff Steve Cox announced the additional charges against Michael Curtis, 33, after his investigators seized “computers and/or cell phones” and the lab found child pornography on one or more of them.
Curtis is scheduled for a trial-setting April 15 for felony enticement of a child under 15 years old.
Next week, a judge is expected to schedule a preliminary hearing on an additional count of Possession of Child Pornography. Both charges are class-C felonies.
