March residential real estate sales in our area are down for March.

According to figures released by the St Joseph Regional Association of Realtors, there were $9.9 million worth of residential properties sold in March compated to $10.5 million last March.

Year-to-date there have been 238 housing units sold in the groups service area, worth $25 million. That compares to a year ago when there were 247 units sold by the end of March, worth more than $27 million.
