Armed robbers held up the Woods Mini-Mart at 1334 Frederick early Wednesday morning. They displayed firearms and took several items from the store before fleeing. There were no injuries.

Saint Joseph Police Sergeant Jill Voltmer says shortly after the 12:48 am robbery, officers arrested one suspect and recovered the firearms. The holdup is still under investigation.
