A court hearing was scheduled Friday for a man and woman arrested after an armed robbery at a local convenience store.

Colten Matthews, 23 and Mary Clary, 30 are accused of robbing Wood’s Mini Mart at 1334 Frederick shortly after midnight Wednesday morning.

Police assert in court documents that he is about to be evicted. Officials say she is homeless and lives in a car with her two young children. Police also say each has a drug problem leading to illegal behavior.
