CAMERON–A teenage driver was injured in a crash just before 5 a.m. on Friday.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 1999 Ford Ranger driven by Devin R. Wood, 19, St. Joseph was eastbound on US 36 two miles west of Cameron. The truck traveled into the median, struck a concrete culvert, struck the ground and overturned.

Wood was transported to Cameron Regional Medical Center.

The MSHP reported Wood was wearing a seat belt.
