Nancy Jo Reinert Cluck
1955-2013
Nancy Jo Reinert Cluck, 57, Cosby, Missouri died Monday, February 4, 2013 at her home.
She was born August 18, 1955 to Robert and Barbara Deal in St. Joseph, Missouri, where she has lived all her life.
Nancy graduated from Central High School in 1973.
She was in the banking business from 1973-1982 and worked at Weyerhauser Paper Company from 1982-1988. She broke and trained Quarter Horses till 1989.
Nancy started her career in Real Estate at Coldwell Banker General Properties on December 7, 1987, where she worked until her passing. Nancy was recognized as the #1 agent for over 19 years and in 1996 was honored by the St. Joseph Regional Association of Realtors as the Agent of the Year. She enjoyed a reputation for being a knowledgeable and professional Realtor. She served her customers for years as the Nanny R Team, which consisted of her daughter Bobbi Howe and Kathleen Saulan. She was extremely loyal and loved her Coldwell Banker family. She was widely respected and will be missed by her many friends throughout the St. Joseph real estate community.
She loved her career of helping people, and enjoyed her horses and pets, especially her dog CeBe, who people often mistook for the Coldwell Banker Dog.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Survivors: husband; Darrell Cluck; daughter, Bobbi Jo Howe (Ryan), St. Joseph, Missouri; brothers, Dennis “Deno” (Lisa), Savannah, Missouri, Mike (Judi),Loveland, Colorado, and Gregory “Butch” Deal (Mitzi), Loveland, Colorado; mother, Barbie Jo Deal, Savannah, Missouri; one grandchild, Alexander Jameson Howe; and several nieces and nephews.

Gordon Ellsworth Russell, 96, Graham, Missouri, died Monday, February 4, 2013, at Nodaway Nursing Home, Maryville, Missouri.
Gordon was born May 26, 1916, in Savannah, Missouri, to Everett Ellsworth and Gertrude (Fee) Russell.
A 1934 graduate of the Graham High School, he was a farmer.
He married Genevieve Goforth on June 1, 1941, in Maryville.
Gordon was a member of the Graham United Methodist Church, the Graham Lion’s Club (last surviving charter member) a Zone Chair and Deputy Governor of Lion’s Club International and other numerous civic and community organizaitons.
Preceding Gordon in death were his wife Genevieve (2007), his parents, brothers Lawrence, Corliss, Carol, and Meril, nephew Conrad Russell, and great grandson Mason Tunell.
Survivors include daughters Jenila and husband Kelly Martin, Cleveland, Tennessee, Marcia and husband David Leeper, Graham, grandchildren Shelley Betsinger, Shawn Leeper, Ben Tunell, and Trevor Leeper, six great granddaughters, three great grandsons, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be Thursday, February 7, 2013, at 11 AM, at the Graham United Methodist Church, with burial in Prairie Home Cemetery, Graham.
Memorials may be made to the Graham United Methodist Church in Gordon’s name.

Anna L. “Annie” Martin
1925-2013
Anna L. “Annie” Martin, 87, St. Joseph, Missouri died Monday, February 4, 2013 at a local healthcare facility.
She was born August 3, 1925 to Harvey and Alverta Paden in New York, New York.
Annie married Walter Martin, Jr. on September 13, 1945. He preceded her in death on April 12, 1984.
She was a Bookeeper and Accountant for Buckminister for ten years.
Mrs. Martin was a member of King Hill Chapter, Order of Eastern Star, Northwest Missouri Geneology Society, where she had served as President, and she helped organize The Pony Express Re-Run in 1960.
She was preceded in death by her husband; son, David W. Martin; half-sister, Katherine Gottshack; and parents.
Survivors: sons, Mark E. Martin (Vanessa), St. Joseph, Missouri, James L. “Jim” Martin (Carolyn), Bolckow, Missouri; daughter-in-law, Linda, St. Joseph, Missouri; brother, James L. Paden, St. Joseph, Missouri; eight grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
Graveside Services and Interment: 1:00 P.M. Thursday, Sparta Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Wednesday, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory. Harry Ronald Thompson, 99, Hopkins, Missouri, died Tuesday, February 5,
2013, at St. Francis Hospital, Maryville, Missouri.
Harry was born January 28, 1914, in Hopkins, Missouri to George and
Magdalene Elizabeth Thompson.
Harry attended Gaynor School, was a farmer, a member of the Masonic Lodge,
Pickering, Missouri and was of the Christian faith.
He married Alma Wiley Thompson April 04, 1936, in Clarinda, Iowa.
Harry was preceded in death by his wife Alma Lenora Wiley Thompson,
(December 5, 2008), his parents, son Carl Richard Thompson (February 9,
1974), and sisters Marguerite Pittsenbarger, Esther Martin, Mildred Dieter,
and Helen Godsey, a brother Roy Thompson, and a great grandson Logan
Thornton.
Survivors include son Lowell Dean Thompson, Hopkins, grandchildren Deanna
(Greg) Lawrence, Joplin, Missouri, Daun (Sarah) Thompson, Omaha, Nebraska,
David Thompson, Branson, Missouri, Darla Thompson, Houston, Missouri, Doug
(Rhonda) Thompson, Lexington, Missouri, Bryan (Denise) Thompson, Dallas,
Texas, Duane (Sara) Thompson, Austin, Texas, Steve (Deanna) Thompson,
Newton, Iowa, Carlene Thompson, Bedford, Iowa, Christina (Murray) Thornton,
Bedford, Shannon (Jeff) Schiebel, Newton, Iowa and several nieces and
nephews.
A visitation will be held from 5-6:00 PM Friday, February 8, 2013 at the
Price Funeral Home Chapel, Maryville, Missouri.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, February 9, 2013 at the
Price Chapel with the burial in Hopkins Cemetery, Hopkins, Missouri
following the service.
