Missouri Western finished 10th place at the Mustang Invite held at the Marshall Golf Club in Marshall, Minn.

Coming into today, the Griffons sat at 14th place after shooting a 349. The Griffons pushed their way up the leader board, hitting a 327 on the second day to finish with a score of 676, good for No. 10.

Callie Wilson led the Griffons, firing a 78 to finish with a total of 164. Wilson finished tied for 23rd in the invite.

Anna Kloeppel finished tied for 30th with a score of 166 after shooting 80. Amber Chivinton golfed an 82 on the day to finish tied for 36th with a final of 168. Shelby Stone ended at 171 and Casi Webb totaled 180.

Emily Kviderea from Augustana (SD) won the Invite with a final score of 146.

The Griffons next play in the NWMSU Bearcat Fall Classic this Thursday October 4th through Friday the 5th.
