PepperJax Grill has opened its newest restaurant in St Joe, at 1908 North Belt Hwy in the middle Bay of the Library Buiding.

PepperJax Grill is a quick casual restaurant chain that’s known for its Famous Phillies, Gourmet Rice Bowls, Giant Wraps, and Fresh Salads.

The company is based in Omaha.

PepperJax Grill operates eight restaurants in the Omaha/Council Bluffs area. PepperJax Grill plans to open more new locations in the Kansas City area. They currently operate restaurants in Lincoln, Lawrence, and Overland Park.

“We’re very excited to open in St. Joe. This new location is a huge part of our expansion plans in Missouri,” said Gary Rohwer President of PepperJax Grill. “We’re also excited to offer our quality menu items including “America’s Best Philly” to the residents of St. Joe,” Rohwer said.

Jason Barnes will oversee operations as District Manager for restaurants in the Kansas City / St. Joseph area.

The company plans to open a new restaurant in Sioux Falls, SD in early November. New locations in Des Moines, Iowa, Lincoln, Nebraska and Grand Island, Nebraska are also expected to open in the near future.
